Trembling Hands

The Temper Trap made their electronic debut with Axwell’s grammy-nominated (and snubbed) “Sweet Disposition” back in 2010. Ever since, Dougy Mandagi’s graceful harmonies and thought-provoking lyrics have captured the hearts of remixers everywhere. To this day, that cut is still being played on festival circuits continuously being sliced, spliced, diced, and mashed into bootlegs and remixes. Well, a slew of remixes followed on on their 2nd eponymous album titled The Temper Trap and just below this little blurb stands a cut for you that is as dramatic and as Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain” remixed by TG (well not really, nothing will ever compare, but it’s still pretty dank). The Temper Trap have definitely joined the legion of alternative/indie artists and groups that seem to have an innate knack for the electronic sphere (think Miike Snow, Fun., Killers, RHCP, you get the gist). Next, we got a real throwback (early 2000s) burn that’s been revitalized as a deep house cut. Cheers.
