This remix is definitely a departure from typical Tiesto. It almost sounds like a crossover/hybrid type sound of Guru Josh Project’s famed 2008 hit “Infinity” and Alesso’s stutter-effect sound that has proved wildly successful as he is, at least in my eyes, probably the biggest up-and-comer in regard to mainstream success (of course thanks to the help of SHM). Nonetheless, this track has rich vocals, a fun drop, and a Tiesto name on it – don’t let it go overlooked. It is also interesting to watch how Tiesto and Avicii are both ferociously penetrating the American college market, hop skipping from school to school. Who will prevail as the act to see? We will just have to wait and see. Cheers.
