Trance Tuesday

Initial disclaimer: This is NOT Trance TuesdayS people, no no no, this is just one Tuesday out of the 52 in the year where I am feeling trancey.  I’m not starting another weekly tradition as I feel that throwback thursday is not only the coolest thing since Mario Kart on N64, it’s also the single most enjoyable aspect of this day job.  Anywho, back to trance.  Calvin Harris always brings it, be it a big room bumper, a radio jam, or, apparently, a gritty trance track.  For those who don’t know who the Manufactured Superstars are, well, they are two bad ass motherfuckers who do whatever ever they want because they created Beatport and therefore may do whatever they want.  Lev and I saw them rock Pacha NYC post SHM at MSG and it was a performance and a half.  Dash Berlin, despite sounding like a club promoter from Germany, is a trance icon.  You better bring the heat if you’re laying your hands on Coldplay’s “Clocks”, which Dash does in typical Dash fashion.  Enjoy this Trance Tuesday while it lasts, and hit us up @ChubbyBeavs if you actually want to see more of this genre pop up here and there.
