Following the double giveaway of “Freaky” and “Slacking” back in January, Fedde Le Grand & Nicky Romero were back in the studio together and “Sparks” were flying. Originally submitted to be this years Energy Festival (Amsterdam) theme track, “Sparks” is an exuberant heart thumper with all the tools to become an instant classic. A vocal sample featuring Matthew Koma is expected to follow later this summer, and I imagine that will turn out to be nothing short of spectacular. Until then, we bob our heads and get dirty.
