Skinny Love

I often get excited when I hear a song that seems like it’s the greatest song to ever grace my ears. We all do the “this is the best song I’ve ever heard,” act. Well, given the fact that I’m a die-hard, and I mean absolute die-hard Bon Iver fan, finding this track literally put me into a musical coma. Sat there and thanked God for introducing Das Kapital’s ma and pa to each other in order to create him. Add bounce, a funky but understated bass line, and Bon’s whispery voice along with his impeccable acoustic riffs, and you got yourself what I like to call “the tits”. This track is the tits of the tits. Chursaner, you’re gonna love this one. We often overlook tracks like this, that incorporate progressive tones (aka electronica) with acoustic/folk melody. Don’t take this one for granted ya cats. Cheers.

I could not agree more with you, Lev. Bon Iver is a musical genius and this songs truly leaves a lot to the original, yet adding just enough to call it a remix. Great post, check out my site @ http://www.tylrzltn.com. Featured this song yesterday

I love this song! But I cant seem to find a version that doesn’t have that ear splitting glitch sound towards the end of the song.
